The Art Of Theft

You can rob any of the shop owners (not the ones who sell guns because they'll shoot you) by pointing your gun on him. More the money he gives, more the police stars you get. Now spawn the Rhino activating the cheat 'panzer' get inside it and repeat doing it until you get enough money (be sure to get back in the Rhino before the time runs out).
